As a local mompreneur, I opened Piccoli Bambini Preschool in Midtown and made a big investment in the community to make an impact to generations of children and families. Before I opened Piccoli Bambini, I started becoming a certified swimming instructor for infants and toddlers and opened my own swimming school, Piccoli Delfini Swimmers . It was then when I discovered my passion in the field of Early Childhood Education. At the same time I started working as part of the Operations Team of a local preschool and through that experience I realized I was ready to take a step forward in offering my community with a new place to provide academic learning and early stimulation. My own experience as a working mother of two children, 2 and 4 years of age gave me understanding of the importance of choosing the best possible place for kids, not only for their care but also to expose them to the best possible education with capable, loving and prepared teachers.

Hi! I’m Ms. Jackie. I currently reside in Miami, FL where I have obtained my Florida Child Care Professional Certificate and Director’s Credential at Miami Dade College. I began working with children over 10 years ago and since then, my love for children has lead me to opportunities such as joining PICCOLI BAMBINI PRESCHOOL, where I can continue to help kids learn in a innovative, fun and safe environment, while contributing to their growth and well-being.
In my spare time I help as a volunteer in a non-profit organization, Books for a Library, for the better of the children in my hometown community in Lima, Peru as the Director of Learning Resources, developing material for our Early Literacy and Reading Programs.
